The accuracy of 3D printed plastic materials is highly dependent on the used technology. The most accurate technologies are VPP technologies, since the material used is liquid and can therefore be polymerized in very small layer thicknesses (down to a dimensional tolerance of 0.01 mm with a layer thickness of 0.05 mm), while MEX and PBF (Powder bed fusion) technologies are currently on par in their accuracy (going down to 0.2 mm)
